The fruit is large and elongated, yellowish with some coffee, nice, sweet and not very aromatic. Pears are picked before ripening well but at such a stage that then maturing to be done without altering the taste and color. Eaten fresh, used in confectionery, made jams and compotes. (I) The product is variable weight and the consumer can receive a greater amount than that indicated. The price charged is based on the minimum weight of the product as indicated. No extra charge for any greater amount that the consumer could receive.
